Preselect a dentist from the large network. Only Available in CA, FL, NJ, NY, and TX.

2. Select “PDP” from the provider drop down
3. Enter your ZIP code
4. Click on the find button
To find a Dental HMO (DHMO) dentist
1. Click on the “Search” button below
2. Select “Dental HMO/Managed Care” from the provider drop down
3. Enter your ZIP code

5. Then select “MET185” from the Plan options and select Go
