Choose from a large network of dentists and oral care specialists to find the right provider for you and your family.

HMO/Managed Care Plan

Preselect a dentist from the large network. Only Available in CA, FL, NJ, NY, and TX.

To find a PDP dentist

1. Click on the “Search” button below
2. Select “PDP” from the provider drop down
3. Enter your ZIP code
4. Click on the find button

To find a Dental HMO (DHMO) dentist

1. Click on the “Search” button below
2. Select “Dental HMO/Managed Care” from the provider drop down
3. Enter your ZIP code
4. Click on the find button
5. Then select “MET185” from the Plan options and select Go
