FICA Alternative Retirement Program

Pelion Benefits, Inc. makes enrolling in the FICA Alternative Retirement Plan quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Gather Your Information

Have these details ready:

• Social Security Number
• Employee ID Number
• Beneficiary's Social Security Number and Date of Birth

Step 2: Enroll Online

Visit our enrollment page.

Step 3: Finalize Your Enrollment

After submitting your form, your online account will be ready within 3 business days. Here’s how to access it:

1. Go to www.pelionbenefits.com
2. Click "Login" at the top of the page
3. Enter your Social Security Number as your Username
4. Use the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number as your Password
5. Select "Participant" and click "Login"

Setting Up Your Account

Once logged in, create a security question and change your username and password. From your dashboard, you can view your account balance and activity. You can also update your personal information, including your beneficiaries, by clicking on the gear icon and selecting the appropriate option.
