To compliment your PADD and VADD MetLife insurance coverage, you have access to Travel Assistance1 services, a unique program where you and covered family members (enrolled employee and their eligible dependents) can contact AXA representatives to administer emergency medical, travel and personal assistance services on your behalf wherever you are in the world.

Basic Term Life and AD&D Insurance

WSP USA provides you with Basic Term Life and AD&D insurance coverage. You have the option to purchase Voluntary AD&D insurance coverage.

Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment (VAD&D) Insurance

VAD&D insurance is a separate election from Group Universal life insurance and provides coverage for severe accidents or loss of life. It covers various losses such as loss of limbs, sight, speech and hearing, various forms of paralysis, brain damage, and coma.

VAD&D coverage is available for you and your dependents as follows:

  • Employee: 1 to 5 times your base annual earnings up to $1,500,000
  • Spouse/Domestic partner Only: 50% of your coverage amount up to $750,000
  • Spouse/Domestic partner & Child(ren): Spouse: 40% of your coverage amount up to $750,000 and Child(ren): 10% of your coverage amount up to $150,000
