- Delivering the Promise1 provides your beneficiaries with one-on-one assistance from local resources when they need it most, including help with filing claims and government benefits, locating support resources, and identifying any other important issues associated with the loss of a loved one.
- Total Control Account2 helps your beneficiaries manage life insurance proceeds through a life settlement option that provides easy and immediate access to funds. 1-800-638-7283.
- Face-to-Face Will Preparation Services3 is offered with Supplemental Life and provides access to an attorney to help you or your spouse/state-registered domestic partner create a will or living will, modify an existing will and create a power of attorney document. In addition, you may access an attorney as many times as you need to make updates to these documents. Reimbursement is also available for out-of-network attorneys with set fees. 1-800-454-3679.
- Face-to-Face Estate Resolution Services3 is offered with Supplemental Life and provides your beneficiaries and executors/administrators access to face-to-face legal representation for probating your and your spouse’s/state-registered domestic partner's estates. Probate services include preparation of documents and representation at court proceedings needed to transfer the probate assets from the estate to the heirs, and completion of correspondence necessary to transfer non-probate assets. 1-800-454-3679.
- WillsCenter.com4 offers an online document preparation service that can help you or your spouse/state-registered domestic partner prepare a will, living will, power of attorney and HIPAA authorization form. The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and requires a simple one-time registration. www.willscenter.com.

For New York sitused cases, the Will Preparation service is an expanded offering that includes office consultations and telephone advice for certain other legal matters beyond Will Preparation. Tax Planning and preparation of Living Trusts are not covered by the Will Preparation Service. Certain services are not covered by Estate Resolution Services, including matters in which there is a conflict of interest between the executor and any beneficiary or heir and the estate; any disputes with the group policyholder, MetLife and/ or any of its affiliates; any disputes involving statutory benefits; will contests or litigation outside probate court; appeals; court costs, filing fees, recording fees, transcripts, witness fees, expenses to a third party, judgments or fines; and frivolous or unethical matters.
