Enrollment Information
Active Kyndryls can enroll in Legal Plans, Long-Term Disability and Dental Insurance during Annual Enrollment, as a new hire or during a qualifying live event period. Enrollments or changes to OTL and AD&D can be madde at anytime during the year.
Please note:
- Enrollment in the Long-Term Disability Plan only occurs during a Kyndryl Annual Enrollment period, as part of new hire benefit elections, or when you attain five (5) years of service.
- Enrollment in MetLife Legal Plans only occurs during a Kyndryl Annual Enrollment period, as part of new hire benefit elections, or as a result of certain qualified status changes.
- You can enroll, increase or decrease your Optional Term Life (OTL) elections at any time during the year. Please note that any increases may be subject to completing a medical review.
