We can help you

For faculty, staff and retirees with questions regarding plan information, contact MetLife: 1-855-638-3941. You can provide your Social Security Number or Employee ID when prompted.

Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 11:00 pm

For dentists who want to become a participating in-network dentist, visit www.metdental.com or call 1-866-PDP-NTWK.  The website and phone number are for use by dental professionals only.

For dentists who want to verify coverage or request a pre-treatment estimate for services call 1-877-MET-DDS9.

 

Harvard new hires, or those experiencing a qualifying life event such as marriage, divorce or birth, have 30 days from their date of hire or qualifying event to enroll or make changes in coverage. All other faculty and staff can enroll or make changes to their coverage during the Open Enrollment held in the fall for coverage effective the following January 1.
