The Gender Equity Initiative focuses on five areas — leadership, workforce, marketplace, community, and sustainability. The initiative also leverages our commitment to U.N. Women’s Empowerment Principle as well as the UN Global Compact’s focus on Targeting Gender Equity.
EXCELERATE, a talent sponsorship program driven by senior leaders, to help accelerate the development and progression of high-performing diverse talent. The program provides sponsorship, skill-based training and external coaching.
