Choosing benefits can be confusing. But it doesn’t have to be. Take the time now to explore how benefits can make a difference in your life. Find coverage that fits your needs and protects all that you work for. To access additional elective benefits, Basic Life enrollment is required.
How To Enroll in NEBA Coverage
There are two parts to signing up for NEBA benefits: 1) sign up to be a NEBA member and 2) registration for Basic Life and additional benefits. You must complete both parts.

Once you complete Part 1 of the enrollment process, allow 3 or more days for the information to be released to MetLife/GIS. When received, you will receive an email from, MetLife/GIS, with a NEBA enrollment link and additional instructions. Follow the instructions to login and elect your desired coverages.

Your username is your UUPIC number, and for your 8 digit PIN please use the last 4 digits of your UUPIC number, and full 4 digits of birth year.
