How to Enroll:
There are two parts to signing up for NEBA benefits: 1) sign up to be a NEBA member and 2) registration for Basic Life and additional benefits. You must complete both parts.
- Part 1 – Enrollment

Once you complete Part 1 of the enrollment process, allow 3 or more days for the information to be released to MetLife/GIS. When received, you will receive an email from MetLife/GIS, with a NEBA enrollment link and additional instructions. Follow the instructions to login and elect your desired coverages.
- Your username is your UUPIC number, and for your 8 digit PIN please use the last 4 digits of your UUPIC number, and full 4 digits of birth year.
- For questions regarding enrollment, you may call 1-888-592-2681 from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday.
